Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. Returns will be 1 side paid by the customer.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Charges:
In case of a return, the customer will be responsible for the one-way return shipping charges. Spuffy.pk will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement product back to the customer, where applicable.

To be eligible for a return, the product must have a genuine manufacturing or damage-related issue.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
• Change of mind or personal dislike of the product
• Differences in preference regarding color, print, or appearance

Please note that our products are accurately represented in the pictures shown on our website. We use original product photography and do not artificially lighten or alter our products to misrepresent their actual appearance.

For sizing, our garments are intentionally made approximately 1 inch looser than the measurements stated in our size chart to allow for natural fabric shrinkage after washing.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure you select the most suitable size.

If you receive a product with a genuine damage or manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly with clear pictures of the issue so that our team can assess and assist you accordingly.
